Pavel Acosta (n. Cuba, 1975) es graduado de Maestría en Artes Visuales (Instituto Superior de Arte, La Habana, 2003).  A través de diferentes medios, como la escultura, la instalación y la fotografía, explora la ética de la apropiación y la tensión entre destrucción y creación. Exposiciones individuales (selección): “The Anatomy Lesson” (PanAmerican Art Projects, Miami, 2024) y “Stolen from the Museum” (University of Wyoming Art Museum, WY, 2019).
